Mr. Timothy Andre Pittman, 56, of Murray, KY died on October 1, 2021 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. Timothy was born in Murray on April 7, 1965 to John Edward Pittman, Jr. and Katherine Pittman Kendall. He was a member of the University Church of Christ. Timothy graduated from Calloway County High School and received his Bachelor's degree from Murray State University. He worked in the admissions office at Murray State and later was a deputy jailer in Calloway County. Timothy was preceded in death by his father, John Ed Pittman, Jr.; grandfather, John Ed Pittman, Sr. and grandmother, Pauline Pittman. Those left behind to cherish Timothy's memory are his mother, Katherine Pittman Kendall of Hazel; son, Andre J. Pittman of Evansville, IN; daughter, Kirby Pittman of Louisville, KY; the love of his life, Mignon Reed; a brother, Harold Pittman (Val), all of Murray; sisters, Sandra K. Gray (Curtis) of Murray, Judith Kendall of Hazel; nieces, Aneshia Gray of Louisville, KY Shandra Holbert of Murray, KY and Bailey Boyd of New York, NY and a nephew, Cameron Pittman (Mary Lou) of Danville, KY. A service celebrating Timothy's life will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the Heritage Chapel of Imes Funeral Home, 1804 Highway 121 Bypass N., Murray. Tim Brown will serve as officiant. Reverend Otto Duncan, Reverend John Dandridge and Richard Youngblood will share as well. Honorary Pallbearers include long time friends, Dr. James Wells III, Vic Milner, Jeff Garrison, Keith Lovett, Spencer Farmer, Jeff Butterworth, Craig Darnell, Tim Barrett, J.W. Foster, Robert Raycraft, Chuck Story, Mark Duncan and Tracy Carraway, known as the "fellas". His family will receive visitors from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the funeral home.
