Talmage Edward Holden, 88, of Almo died Friday, August 15, 2014 at his home. Mr. Holden was born on January 10, 1926 to Robert C. and Elanore Kelly Holden.He was a retired laborer and a longtime member of Kirksey Church of Christ. He is preceded by his parents and son in law, Jerry Humphrey. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Katherine Pace Holden of Almo; daughter, Linda Humphrey of Benton; son, Dwight Holden wife, Annette of Tempe, Arizona; three grandchildren, Tracie Bullock-Prather, Adam Holden, and Chantelle Milliken and four great grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2:30PM, Monday, August 18, 2014 at Stewart Cemetery. Max Morris will officiate. The family will receive visitors after 10 AM until the funeral hour at Imes Funeral Home downtown. Pallbearers are Randy Churchill, Robert E Holden, Danny Spry, Tee Jay Williams, David Beane and Richard Adams.
