Mrs. Ruth D. Prater, 68, of Palmersville, TN, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at her home.

Ruth was born to the late Fred and Loretta McDougal Coiner on June 3, 1956 in Kent, OH.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Those she lovingly leaves behind include her husband, Mr. Gregg Prater of Palmersville, TN; a son, Eric Manfras of NC; a daughter, Emily Manfras of OH; a brother, Andy Coiner of TX; four sisters, Lois Hunt of OH, Rhonda Humphries of OH, Nancy Manleon of OH, Jeanie St. John of NC, in addition to three grandchildren.
