Mr. Ricky Lee Smith, 50, of Mayfield, KY, died on October 15, 2021 at his residence. Ricky was born on September 25, 1971 in Glen Avon/Riverside, CA to Richard James Smith and Joy Darlene Lee. He is survived by a son, Cody Urban and daughter, Deborah Urban, both of CO; a sister, Valerie Renea Caldwell and husband Rodney of CO; two brothers, Hale Smith and wife Patti from CO and Garey Smith and wife Christina from Australia. as well as six nieces and nephews, Cindel, Maxx, Hale, Jr., Amber, Shelby and Jessica. No services are planned. A service honoring the life of Ricky Smith will be held from 2 PM - 7 PM on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Bob Noble Park. Friends and family are invited.
