Miss Opal Paige Shaw, newborn daughter of Brandon and Whitney Shaw, was born on December 27, 2024 with a beautiful heartbeat but then was never able to take a breath on her own, leading to her passing on to her heavenly home on December 28, 2024.

Though little Opal did not take a breath in this world, she will forever be loved, cherished, and remembered as a precious gift.

She is survived by her adoring parents; Brandon and Whitney Shaw of Murray; two uncles, Nathan Shaw (Alyssa) of Nortonville, KY, Justin Shaw (Sumar) of Bowling Green, KY; grandparents; Lynn and Jan Shaw of Nortonville, KY; great grandparents; Pat Dame of Nortonville, KY, Debbie Kelley of Tallahassee, FL, Ronald Shaw of Mortons Gap, KY; great aunts, Amy McDonald and Lisa Kelley, both of Tallahassee, FL; a cousin, Adalynn and several second and third cousins.
