Mrs. Nellie Marie Burnley, 78, of Murray, died Monday, October 12, 2015 at Baptist Health in Paducah. Marie was born March 27, 1937 in Harviell, Missouri to the late Clarence and Iva Mae Hover Dunlap. She is survived by three children, James Burnley of Louisville, Anna Marie Burnley (Dean Stoddart) of Tallahassee, FL, Ramona Simone of Louisville; three brothers, Howard Dunlap (Thelma) of Harviell, MO, Everett Dunlap (paula) of Plymoth, IL, Walter Dunlap (Nelda) of Revere, MO; a sister, Mary Clem of Kahoka, MO and three grandchildren, KazimerTapp, Zosia Tapp and Bella Stoddart. In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Professor Bill Burnley, two brothers, Cecil and Earl Dunlap and a sister, Betty Mae Dunlap. Funeral services are set for 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the Imes Funeral Home and Crematory, downtown Murray. Phillip McClure will officiate. Graveside services are scheduled for 3:00 PM, Thursday at Kinsey Cemetery near Poplar Bluff, MO.
