Mrs. Marcia Ohnemus, 50, of Murray, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. Mrs. Ohnemus was born on December 29, 1970 in Louisville, KY to Anthony Wethington and Elizabeth Goode Wethington. Marcia liked painting and making her own soaps, but she avidly enjoyed gathering with friends. Marcia was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church in Murray, KY and worked as a dispatcher for Metronet in Paducah for a number of years. Those who will cherish her memory are her husband, Christopher "Otis" Ohnemus, her children, Clayton, Gavin, Brianna and Alexandra, all of Murray, KY and two brothers: Richard Wethington of Windsor, KY and David Wethington of Louisville, KY. A memorial Funeral Mass honoring Mrs. Ohnemus' life will be Friday, September 10, 2021 at St. Leo Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Imes Funeral Home and Crematory, 311 North 4th Street, Murray. Burial will take place at a later date at St. Bernard Church Cemetery in Clementsville, KY.
