Mrs. Lori Hornsby, 60, of Murray, KY, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at her home.

Lori was born on March 13, 1966 in Peoria, IL to the late Doss and Dorothy (Johnson) Hollingsworth.  She retired from Murray State University.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rick Hornsby; her parents and two brothers, Ronny and David Hollingsworth.

Those she leaves behind include four brothers, Johnny Hollingsworth (Sheryl) of IL, Terry Hollingsworth (Verna) of Puryear, TN, Ray Hollingsworth of Puryear, TN, Randy Hollingsworth (Gloria) of Almo, KY.

Per Lori's wishes no services are planned at this time.
