Mr. Eugene Burden, 49, of New Concord, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. Gene was born in Gulfport, Mississippi to Joseph Ladner and Sharon Lee Ratliff. He worked as an electrician. He is survived by two daughters, Kourtney Lent of Paducah and Kelsy Burden of Murray; a son, Hunter Burden of Billings, Montana; a brother, Michael Burden; a sister, Donna Townsend both of Abilene, TX and three grandchildren. His parents preceded him in death. No services are planned. Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray are in charge of the arrangements.
