Mr. Billy Russell, 67, of Paris, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. Mr. Russell was born on December 13, 1954 in Colorado Springs, CO to the late John and Betty Mae Miller Russell. Billy retired as a locksmith from Murray State University. He was an avid music lover and had a room full of guitars but more than anything he loved his family and especially his grandchildren. Mr. Russell was a member of Como Church of Christ. He will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 49 years, Mrs. Rose Mary Russell of Paris, TN; daughter, April Michelle Papaleo and husband, Richard of Paris, TN; brothers, Jim Russell and wife, Darla of Paris, TN, Jack Russell and wife, Anne of Paris, TN, Jeff Russell and wife, Peggy of Cottage Grove, TN; a sister, Jane Coddington of Castle Rock, CO; four grandchildren, Edward Russell, Christopher Bennett and wife, Amber, Victoria Smith and husband, John, Haylee Papaleo as well as ten great grandchildren.
