Mrs. Bernadine Quinio-Brown, of Dexter, KY, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Avalon Hospice in Paris, TN. Mrs. Quinio-Brown was born on May 27, 1928 in Aliquippa, PA to the late Walter and Mary Friedl Phillips. She was a member of Hardin Baptist Church. Surviving is one son, Frank Quinio (Julie); one daughter, Nancy Davenport (Gary) and nine grandchildren. No services are scheduled.
